This Privacy Policy explains how TouchNav Pro (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), developed by zhou yang (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you provide when using our App. By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We are committed to protecting your privacy and only collect necessary information to ensure the normal operation of the App and optimize your user experience. We do not collect any unnecessary personal information, and all information collection complies with the requirements of Google Play and relevant laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA).
1.1 Personal Information
We DO NOT collect any personal information that can identify you individually, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, or payment information. Your personal privacy is fully protected when using the App.
1.2 Non-Personal Information
To ensure the stability of the App, optimize user experience, and analyze usage trends, we may automatically collect non-personal information that cannot identify you individually. This information includes but is not limited to:
– Device information: Such as device model, operating system version, Android ID, device unique identifier (OAID/IMEI, only used as a temporary identifier for unregistered users), and hardware configuration. This information is used to adapt the App to different devices and fix compatibility issues.
– Usage data: Such as the functions you use, the duration of use, the frequency of use, and error logs (crash records). This information is used to improve the App’s performance, fix bugs, and optimize functional modules.
– Network information: Such as network type (WiFi/mobile data) and IP address (used only to analyze regional usage distribution and ensure network connection stability, without associating with your personal information).
1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs
The App is developed based on DCloud UniApp (5+ App/Wap2App) engine. To provide basic operational support and statistical services, the UniApp engine may collect device unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis. 2. How We Use the Collected Information
We strictly use the collected information within the scope of the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and will not use it for any other purposes without your explicit consent. The specific uses are as follows:
– To ensure the normal operation of the App: Use device information to adapt to different devices, solve compatibility problems, and ensure that all functions of the App can be used normally.
– To optimize user experience: Analyze usage data to understand user usage habits, improve functional design, fix bugs, and provide you with a more convenient and smooth use experience.
– To provide specific functions: Use non-personal information to ensure the normal operation of all built-in functions of the App.

3. Information Storage and Security
3.1 Storage of Information
The information we collect is stored on secure servers that comply with Google Play regulations (e.g., AWS Singapore data center or other compliant cloud servers). We will only retain your information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. After the retention period expires, we will automatically delete or anonymize your information (so that it can no longer identify you).
If you use the App’s offline function, part of the non-personal information may be temporarily stored in your device’s external storage. This information will be deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data.
3.2 Security of Information
We attach great importance to the security of your information and take various technical and management measures to prevent information leakage, loss, tampering, or abuse, including but not limited to:
– Technical measures: Use AES-256 encryption technology to encrypt the transmitted and stored information; regularly update the App and server security systems to fix potential security vulnerabilities.
– Management measures: Establish a strict information security management system, restrict the access authority of staff to information, and conduct regular security training for staff to ensure that they abide by relevant regulations.
However, please note that no information transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We will do our best to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also take appropriate measures to protect your information (such as not disclosing your account information to others).
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Information
We will never actively share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following cases:

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (in accordance with COPPA regulations). We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
