This Privacy Policy explains how TouchNav Pro (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), developed by zhou yang (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you provide when using our App on iOS devices. By downloading, installing, and using the App from the App Store, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, as well as relevant laws and regulations (including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, GDPR, CCPA and Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework). If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not download or use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We are committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to the principles of legality, propriety, necessity and good faith in information collection. We only collect necessary information to ensure the normal operation of the App and optimize your user experience, and do not collect any unnecessary personal information. All information collection complies with the requirements of the App Store, Apple’s privacy regulations and relevant national laws and regulations.
1.1 Personal Information
We DO NOT collect any personal information that can identify you individually, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, payment information, Apple ID details, or other sensitive personal information. Your personal privacy is fully protected when using the App, and we will never collect personal information without your explicit consent.
1.2 Non-Personal Information
To ensure the stability of the App, optimize user experience, and analyze usage trends, we may automatically collect non-personal information that cannot identify you individually (in line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency requirements, we will not track your data across apps or websites owned by other companies). This information includes but is not limited to:
– Device information: Such as iOS device model, iOS system version, device unique identifier (IDFA, only collected if you explicitly agree to App Tracking Transparency prompts), and hardware configuration. This information is used to adapt the App to different iOS devices, solve compatibility problems, and ensure that all functions of the App can run stably on iOS systems.
– Usage data: Such as the functions you use, the duration of use, the frequency of use, and error logs (crash records). This information is used to improve the App’s performance, fix bugs, optimize functional modules, and provide you with a more convenient and smooth use experience on iOS devices.
– Network information: Such as network type (WiFi/mobile data) and IP address (used only to analyze regional usage distribution and ensure network connection stability, without associating with your personal information or tracking your online behavior).
1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs and Engines
The App is developed based on DCloud UniApp (5+ App/Wap2App) engine. To provide basic operational support and statistical services, the UniApp engine may collect device unique identifiers (IDFA, IMEI, etc.) that comply with Apple’s regulations, to provide statistical analysis services and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis. We have strictly reviewed the engine’s privacy compliance, and it will not collect any unnecessary information or violate Apple’s privacy requirements. We DO NOT integrate any third-party SDKs that do not comply with App Store Review Guidelines (including but not limited to non-Apple-approved push, tracking, or advertising SDKs). No third-party SDK will collect, use, or disclose your information without your explicit consent, and we will never share your information with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.
2. How We Use the Collected Information
We strictly use the collected information within the scope of the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, and will not use it for any other purposes without your explicit consent. The specific uses are as follows:
– To ensure the normal operation of the App on iOS devices: Use device information to adapt to different iOS device models and system versions, solve compatibility problems, and ensure that all functions of the App can be used normally.
– To optimize user experience: Analyze usage data to understand user usage habits on iOS devices, improve functional design, fix bugs, and provide you with a more convenient and smooth use experience that is compatible with iOS features (such as screen adaptation, background operation, etc.).
– To provide specific functions: Use non-personal information to ensure the normal operation of all built-in functions of the App, without involving any personal information collection or usage.
– To comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements: Use or disclose information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, judicial organs, administrative authorities, or Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and privacy policies.
3. Information Storage and Security
3.1 Storage of Information
The information we collect is stored on secure servers that comply with App Store regulations and relevant laws and regulations (e.g., AWS Singapore data center or other compliant cloud servers). We will only retain your information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. After the retention period expires, we will automatically delete or anonymize your information (so that it can no longer identify you).
If you use the App’s offline function, part of the non-personal information may be temporarily stored in your iOS device’s local storage (in line with iOS data storage specifications). This information will be deleted when you uninstall the App, log out, or clear the App’s data in iOS device settings.
We will not store your information on any unauthorized servers, nor will we transfer your information to regions that do not meet Apple’s privacy and data security requirements.
3.2 Security of Information
We attach great importance to the security of your information and take various technical and management measures to prevent information leakage, loss, tampering, or abuse, including but not limited to, in line with Apple’s security requirements and relevant regulatory provisions:
– Technical measures: Use AES-256 encryption technology to encrypt the transmitted and stored information; regularly update the App and server security systems to fix potential security vulnerabilities; adapt to iOS system security features (such as data encryption, secure network transmission) to enhance information security.
– Management measures: Establish a strict information security management system, restrict the access authority of staff to information, conduct regular security training for staff to ensure that they abide by relevant regulations and Apple’s privacy requirements, and prevent information leakage caused by human factors.
However, please note that no information transmission or storage method is 100% secure. We will do our best to protect your information in accordance with Apple’s requirements and relevant laws, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also take appropriate measures to protect your iOS device and App usage safety (such as not disclosing your device unlock password, not sharing your App usage information with others).
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Information
We will never actively share, transfer, or disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, and will strictly abide by Apple’s regulations on information sharing, except in the following cases[3]:
– Sharing with third-party service providers: We may share non-personal information (such as aggregated usage data that cannot identify any individual) with third-party service providers who help us provide services (such as server hosting, data analysis). These third-party service providers are strictly required to abide by this Privacy Policy, Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations, and can only use the information for the purpose of providing services to us; they are prohibited from collecting, using, or disclosing any additional information, or transferring the information to other third parties.
– Compliance with legal requirements and App Store regulations: Disclose information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, or in response to court orders, subpoenas, or requests from administrative authorities; disclose information in accordance with Apple’s requirements when necessary (such as handling App-related complaints, ensuring compliance with App Store guidelines).
– Protection of legitimate rights and interests: When it is necessary to protect our legitimate rights and interests (such as investigating fraud, handling disputes related to the App), or to protect the personal safety of you or other users and the public, we may disclose relevant information as needed.
– Merger or acquisition: If we are merged, acquired, or our assets are transferred, your information may be transferred as part of the assets, but we will notify you in advance (through in-App notifications, emails, etc.) and ensure that the transferee abides by this Privacy Policy and Apple’s privacy requirements, and continues to protect your information security.
5. Your Rights (In line with App Store Requirements and Relevant Laws)
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, GDPR, CCPA, Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, and other relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights regarding your information, and we provide convenient channels for you to exercise these rights[3]. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through the contact information provided in Section 8, or through iOS device settings (where applicable):
– Right of access: You have the right to request us to provide you with a copy of the information we collect about you, and we will reply and provide the relevant information within a reasonable time.
– Right of correction: If the information we collect about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request us to correct or supplement it.
– Right of deletion: You have the right to request us to delete your personal information (if any) at any time. After you request deletion, we will delete your information within 15 working days (excluding information that needs to be retained in accordance with laws and regulations and Apple’s requirements).
– Right to withdraw consent: If you have previously agreed to our collection and use of your information (such as agreeing to IDFA collection through App Tracking Transparency prompts), you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can turn off App tracking in iOS device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), or request us to stop collecting relevant information through the contact information provided in Section 8. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of the information we collected before you withdrew consent.
– Right to account cancellation: You can cancel your App account at any time (if the App has an account function). After account cancellation, we will delete all your personal information associated with the account within 15 working days (except information that needs to be retained in accordance with laws and regulations and Apple’s requirements), and you will no longer be able to use the account to log in to the App.
– Right to one-click access to privacy policy: We provide a one-click access entrance for this privacy policy in the App’s prominent position (such as settings page), which is convenient for you to view and save at any time.
6. Children’s Privacy Protection
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (in accordance with COPPA regulations and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines). We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we accidentally collect information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete the information immediately after discovering it. If you are a parent or guardian and find that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate measures to protect your child’s privacy in accordance with Apple’s requirements and relevant laws.
7. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and privacy policies, the functional adjustments of the App, or the release of new regulatory requirements (such as the latest provisions of the Cyberspace Administration of China). When we make major changes to the Privacy Policy (such as changes in the scope of information collection, changes in the purpose of use, changes in the way of information processing), we will notify you in advance through the following methods:
– Display a prominent notification in the App (such as a pop-up window) when you open the App next time;
– Send a notification to your registered email address (if you have provided it);
– Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy, and you can view the updated content through the one-click access entrance in the App.
The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on the date of publication. By continuing to use the App after the update, you agree to the updated Privacy Policy. We recommend that you regularly check this Privacy Policy to understand the latest privacy protection measures. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, please stop using the App.
